        •   1987年畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué)地質(zhì)系,1994年獲法國巴黎第七大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1994-1995年英國倫敦大學(xué) Royal Holloway 學(xué)院地質(zhì)系博士后。現任中國科學(xué)院廣州地球化學(xué)研究所研究員,所長(cháng),同位素地球化學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室主任。2017年當選中國科學(xué)院院士,2018年入選美國地質(zhì)學(xué)會(huì )會(huì )士。(曾)任國際火山和地球內部化學(xué)協(xié)會(huì )(IAVCEI)大火成巖省委員會(huì )委員,國際地球化學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )獎勵提名委員會(huì )委員,IUGG中國委員會(huì )副主席,IAVCEI中國委員會(huì )主席,中國礦物巖石地球化學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )副理事長(cháng)、火山專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )主任, 廣東省科協(xié)副主席;Terra Nova,Frontier Earth Science副主編。
           
                主要從事地幔巖石學(xué)、地球化學(xué)和深部動(dòng)力學(xué)研究。先后主持了國家973項目、基金委創(chuàng )新群體和國家杰出青年基金項目和中科院B類(lèi)先導專(zhuān)項等。主要成果包括:(1) 系統總結了中國東部巖石圈減薄的地質(zhì)學(xué)、巖石學(xué)和地球化學(xué)證據,限定了巖石圈減薄的時(shí)間和機制。(2) 提出了鑒別古老地幔柱的新方法,系統闡明了峨眉山大火成巖省的地幔柱成因,為地幔柱影響下固體地球不同圈層的系統行為研究提供了范例。(3)厘定出東亞大陸新生代板內玄武巖的源區普遍存在西太平洋俯沖板片組分,提出俯沖組分可能來(lái)源于受地幔過(guò)渡帶熔體改造的深部碳酸鹽化地幔,構建了大地幔楔系統中形成板內玄武巖的新機制,已發(fā)表論文300余篇,其中SCI論文200余篇,作為Guest Editors在Lithos和Episodes 主編專(zhuān)集三部;SCI他引10500余次,H-index 57, 入選美國信息科學(xué)研究所基本科學(xué)指數地學(xué)高引用率科學(xué)家目錄和Elsevier高被引中國學(xué)者名錄。曾獲國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎、廣東省科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎、李四光地質(zhì)科學(xué)獎等。
